This class is suitable for children aged 8 - 12 years. Within the class we can cater for different skill levels, whether children are getting to grips with Gymnastics or are already showing a good level of competence. Children will work through a structured program, tailored to age and ability, with our coaches each week covering different core gymnastics skills and progressions, apparatus and support activities. Progress with skills and demonstration of our values will be rewarded with certificates, stickers and medals. We have a specific set of age appropriate objectives around: Understanding, Skills and Behaviours. Our aim is always to work towards these with our SMILE, MOVE, GROW values at the forefront. This means children have fun and are safe, they are active and engaged and they learn and progress.
